CodeGround is looking forward to partner with a few HR consultancies. As part of this partnership, the consultancy is expected to introduce CodeGround to their clients who have a requirement of screening/assessing candidates. The consultancy will receive up to 50% of the payments that the client makes for the assessment services for a period of 3 months. For a client, this tenure will be counted from the day, it makes the first purchase.

Accelerate recruitment

  • Consultant will raise an invoice for the outstanding payments by 21st of every month.
  • The invoice raised by the consultant will include the claims for only those purchases for which payments are settled by the service consumer.
  • There will be a payout on 10th of every month directly in Consultant’s official bank account.

Promote brand

In the interest of fairness and transparency, we will follow the following processes after a customer is on-board with Codeground:

  • CodeGround’s team will share periodic report on the progress of the association with the shared recruiter’s organization for a period of 3 months.
  • The periodic report on the recruiters’ organizations will have the following details:
    • The people whom we are interacting with at the recruiter’s organization.
    • The summary of email, call and other conversations
    • Information about the activity of the organization on CodeGround
    • Information about the payments received from the organization.

CHEATING PREVENTION

The platform provides capabilities to conduct all online assessments in a fair manner.

Webcam Monitoring prevents cheating and impersonation

WebCam Monitoring

The candidate is monitored via webcam to ensure that there is no impersonation and that the candidate does not communicate with others in person or using mobile during the test.

Window Proctoring

The test window is proctored. If the candidate navigates away from the test window (for instance, to use google search), multiple warnings are given. If the warnings are ignored, the test is ended immediately and a red flag is raised in the report.

Window Proctoring locks the test window and prevents candidates from switching to other browsers (chat, search etc) during tests
Copy Detection is applicable for coding submissions. We ensure that code submissions from two different candidates are not very similar

Copy Detection

When code submissions by any two candidates are too similar (>85% similarity), a red flag is raised indicating possible code plagiarism.

Random Pooling

Each candidate taking the test can be given a smaller set of questions that are randomly selected from a large pool of questions.
